In accordance with the Bulldog Estates Community Association Covenants, Easements, Conditions and Restrictions (Declarations) and the Association’s Rules and Regulations, I request your consent to make the following changes, alterations, renovations and/or additions to my lot.
Requested Changes
Permission is hereby granted for members of the BDE Board or their representatives to enter my property and to make a reasonable inspection of the modification site. I understand that the approval by the Bulldog Estates Board of Directors is in no way to be construed as a Guarantee that the approved projects meet Local and State codes or safety regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: The Bulldog Estates Community Association Architecture Review Committee has reviewed the information above. This document is not complete without the signature of the Bulldog Estates Community association board member.
