To reserve a Phase 1 Lot or Lots simply choose YOUR numbers and remit a signed sales contract plus 25% per Lot to BULLDOG ESTATES, L.L.C. The remainder will be due at completion. Because of the Phase 2 aesthetic bridge Phase 1 will be offered first.
