Bulldog Estates Lease-Rental Agreement

By signing below, the lessee acknowledges that they have been informed of and understand the following:

• Their stay must remain within the dates specified above.
• They may not sub-lease to another person during their stay.
• They have been presented with a current copy of the Bulldog Estates Rules and Regulations, have read them, and understand their obligations and their liability for any damage or breaches of the rules. As owner of the lot, I/We fully understand and will abide by the following:

• I have completed a lease agreement with the occupant and am providing a copy to Bulldog Estates Board along with this form.
• This completed form must be submitted 5 days before the arrival of the visitors.
• If the lease is not turned in at least 5 days in advance of the start date a $25 fee will apply.
• Prior to the arrival of the lessees, I have insured that all dues, utility fees and special assessments (if any) are current.
• I have insured that all RVs, Campers, Golf Carts, etc… being brought onto the property is properly insured and have provided proof of insurance to Bulldog Estates Board.
• I am responsible for any costs/administrative fees incurred by the park as a result of lessee behavior and understand that such charges will be billed to me. The undersigned hereby releases the Association and Management from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury including death, that may be sustained by any or each of the undersigned and their guests, or any property of each undersigned, while in or on the premises of the Association commonly known as Bulldog Estates.
