Rental Agreement

THIS LEASE-RENTAL AGREEMENT IS MADE THIS ____________________between ____________ hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”, and Bulldog Estates, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”, for the lease-rental property consisting of (Site ____ ) to be used as RV site located at 664 Hancock Industrial Way, Athens, Georgia.

2. DELIVERY OF POSSESSION. If there is a delay in delivery of possession by Landlord, rent shall be abated on a daily basis until possession is granted. Landlord shall not be liable for damages for delay in possession.

For mutual consideration received, the undersigned buyer hereby agrees to purchase and the undersigned seller hereby agrees to sell the real property stated herein with all amenities and subject to all easements, covenants, restrictions, and reservations of record:
1. PURCHASE PRICE: The purchase price to be paid by the buyer shall be $84,999 dollars.

dollars, as a binder deposit/purchase deposit/earnest money deposit (which shall apply toward the purchase price) to bind this contract. 14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This contract and any attachments signed by both parties constitute the entire agreement between buyer and seller and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements between the buyer and the seller.
15. typical effects (noise, smells, etc.) produced currently or in the future by area industries. This
