Own a space at Bulldog Estates. Get a loan at Farmers and Merchants Bank and pay as little as $495 per month (35% minimum down payment required). Payments based on a 15-year amortization with a 5-year balloon at a current interest rates.

* Rates will be based on current market rates at time of approval and subject to change. All loans, as well as any renewals are subject to Farmers and Merchants Bank’s underwriting requirements and credit approval. There will be no prepayment penalty on the loans and the Borrower will be responsible for paying all closing costs and loan fees.
